Terms of Service

Last updated: beta

Draft for review. These terms are written for the beta period. Please have them reviewed before relying on them as a binding legal document.

Using LazyWatch

LazyWatch is a TV-show tracking service currently in beta. By joining the early-access program or using the app, you agree to these terms. You need to be old enough to consent to processing of your data in your country to use the service.

Beta software

LazyWatch is early software provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change, break, or disappear, and data may occasionally be lost. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of show information, or that the service will always be available. Please keep your own copy of any history you care about.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, such as reviews, ratings, and notes. You're responsible for what you post publicly, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Third-party data

Show information, artwork, and streaming availability come from third-party sources. Those belong to their respective owners, and their accuracy or availability isn't guaranteed.

Ending use

You can stop using LazyWatch at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@lazywatch.app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Changes

We'll update these terms as LazyWatch develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
