Our story

We missed TV Time too much to let it disappear.

We were three friends who used TV Time every day. It was how we kept track of what we were watching, but it was also more than that. It was the community, the reactions, the feeling that you were watching alongside other people instead of ticking boxes on a list.

When it looked like TV Time was shutting down, we did what everyone does. We tried the alternatives. Some of them tracked episodes perfectly well. None of them felt the same. The two things we loved most, the community and how effortless it was to use, were the two things missing everywhere we looked.

So we started building LazyWatch. Not as a company with a growth plan, just as three people who wanted the app we couldn't find. We took the parts of other trackers that genuinely work, and built them around the feeling that made TV Time worth using in the first place.

It's still early. There will be bugs. We're a small team and we're building this in the open, which means the people who join now genuinely shape what it becomes. If you loved TV Time the way we did, we'd love to have you.

Where we are right now

LazyWatch is in beta on iPhone through TestFlight. It has no ads and no revenue model today. You can import your history from TV Time, Trakt, and Netflix, track shows and episodes, rate and review, follow friends, and keep private notes. Android and more community features are on the way.
